QuickPac OneStep HIV 1/2 Test

The QuikPac OneStep HIV-1/2 Test is a rapid, qualitative immunoassay for determination of antibodies against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) types 1 and 2 in human serum, plasma or whole blood, as an indication of HIV infection. The test utilizes recombinant viral antigens and yields distinctive, visually read results in less than fifteen minutes.

Test Procedure:

1. Remove a Test Cassette from its foil pouch by tearing along the splice
2. Apply 1~2 full drops of whole blood (30~50 μl) into the sample well ("S"). Wait 30 seconds, then add 1~2 drops of Test Buffer to the buffer well ("S")
3. When the color first appears at the window, wait 15 minutes and read the result
